MORIAH Hospitality Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides catering and hospitality services. By placing an order or engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or official invoice. Final menu, guest count, and event details must be shared at least *48 hours before the event date*. Any changes after confirmation are subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on menu, number of guests, and service scope. A *minimum 50% advance payment* is required to confirm the booking. The balance must be paid in full before service begins. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges apply as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. MORIAH Hospitality Services reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Service Obligations
We provide professional catering services with a commitment to quality. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control such as traffic, weather, venue issues, or power failures.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure timely access to the venue and required facilities. Any loss or damage to our equipment at the venue will be charged to the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total value of the confirmed order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
