Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

* More than *72 hours before the event* – Full refund of advance (less processing charges if any).
* Between *48–72 hours* – 50% of advance refundable.
* Less than *48 hours* – No refund.

2. Event Postponement

One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least *48 hours prior*, subject to availability.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within *7–10 business days* via the original payment method.
